An Ordinary Monday

Dear Sammy, We're sitting at home watching Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas. You're running up and down the hallway, playing with your toys. You're getting so big now, even at 2 years old. I want you to know that Mommy loves you very much. Every day for the past 2 1/2 years has been such an adventure, but we're learning together. Right now, you love watching cartoons and trains. We took you on the Santa train this year, last weekend. You loved it. This Christmas is going to be big. We put up the tree together with Uncle Mike, and Jingle (your elf) came to visit right after Thanksgiving. Today he's hiding in your penguin stocking, and you found him straight away this morning. It's awesome to watch you learn. It's almost lunch time, so I'm going to go. I'm sure you'll ask for dinosaur chicken nuggets, by the way. Love, Mom
